As a Service Manager, you will:

  • Plan and organize a successful team that provides high-level service on heavy diesel equipment.
  • Manage shop and field service by monitoring and controlling labor and parts to meet required profit objectives.
  • Provides technical assistance for Service, Sales, and Parts departments when necessary.
  • Effectively communicates with the Branch Manager on work status in assigned areas.
  • Develops and manages employees' growth through mentoring and training.
  • Provide excellent communication to customers and team members.
  • Provide customers with an experience that exceeds their expectations and continues to maintain and expand the customer base.

Qualifications:

  • CDL Class A or B License preferred.
  • 4+ years of managerial experience
  • Must have a technical and working knowledge of heavy diesel trucks and equipment including electrical and hydraulic.
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office products.
  • Must have exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and negotiating skills.
  • Ability to understand budgeting reports. 
  • Ability to frequently kneel, bend, squat, push, pull, and reach.
  • Must be able to lift and move more than 25lbs without assistance.
  • Must be able to get into and out of various vehicles without assistance.
